Homeowners started renovation 5 years earlier and got stalled after demolition.
Edan Home Repair installed new bathroom with Schluter heated tile floor, Ikea kitchen,

vinyl flooring, Mini Plus stairs, drywall, paint & trim.

Remodel of bathroom. Removed tub, walls, floor & toilet. Installed sub-floor/Schluter uncoupling membrane. Waterproofed shower area with Schluter Kerdi wall panels. 12"x24" tiles on floor and walls. Mosaic tiles in shower floor with Schluter pan/drain assembly. 3 way shower faucet with rain shower head. Low 3"step in curb with sliding glass doors. Fold up shower seat, grab bars & chrome niche.

Renovation of bathroom. Glass doors, fold up shower seat & chrome niche.  Lowered  curb to 3". Schluter waterproofing/in-floor heating, 6" potlights changed to 4" LED & motion activated fan.  New vanity and toilet.

Complete renovation of bathroom. Removed one wall, lowered  curb to 3", sliding glass doors, fold up shower seat & chrome niche. Schluter waterproofing/in-floor heating, 6" potlights changed to 4" & motion activated fan. New vanity and toilet. Shiny and new!

Complete renovation of kitchen. Old cabinets replaced with Ikea cabinets. Custom laminate counter top.  Beveled subway tile backsplash. Porcelain 12"x24" floor tiles. 

 Avenue Rd-Closet expansion, ceiling repair & painting

Converted a small front hall closet & small bedroom closet into a larger bedroom closet. Added Rubbermaid closet storage system. Fixed floor & ceiling. Fresh paint throughout.

Thornlea Rd-Jacuzzi conversion to freestanding tub

Removed leaking Jacuzzi tub, installed freestanding tub with new faucet. New tile work to match existing. 

 Oxford St-Bathroom remodel/wheelchair accessible

Opened up shower wall, removed curb & enlarged shower. Moved vanity to create a wider turning radius. Schluter shower tray/drain and waterproofing. Widened entry door, installed grab bars and pot lights.
