Alex Doner-Master Shower Remodel
30 year old shower was recently renovated by another contractor. No waterproofing installed and roofing caulk used on the inside of the shower. The customer never used the renovated shower for fear of it leaking. Instead, they opted for a total bathroom remodel, with 12"x24" & mosaic tiles, stainless steel niche, shower panel w/body sprays and in-floor heat system. New vanities, LED lighting and chrome accent mirrors complete the remodel.
Far North Circle-Master Shower Remodel
Before
The old tired shower was rotting at the wood base and definitely not worth re-caulking. The customer previously had an infestation of carpenter ants, that love wet rotting wood.
When the back wall was removed we found we could extend the shower by 12". Which in a small shower is huge!
Moffat Cres-Bathroom Remodel

Acrylic shower surround replaced with 12"x24" porcelain tiles and mosaic vertical accent tile. Hexagon tiles on shower floor with LED potlight, brushed stainless steel niche and teak folding seat. Exterior shower wall moved back 6" to accommodate 60" glass sliding doors.
Topham Cres-Bathroom Remodel
The original shower stall was small and closed in. The faucet wall was removed and the faucet re-located to the opposite wall. A knee wall was installed to divide the shower and bathtub. Schluter waterproofing system installed on shower walls & floors. Moen faucets, chrome niche and LED light were installed. Matte porcelain tiles were installed on the shower walls & bathroom floor. Hexagon tiles on the shower floor. LED potlight, Panasonic bath fan and safety grab bar were also installed. The glass shower doors were custom made and professionally installed.
Dewitt Crt- Basement Bathroom Remodel
Toilet and vanity were flipped for aesthetics and functionality. The wall pushed back 8" and the plumbing relocated. The shower was waterproofed with Schluter Waterproofing System and the faucet was relocated to the opposite wall. Moen faucet, folding teak seat, glass shelves, LED lights, ReVent fan w/light and in-floor heating complete the renovation.
